We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff- especially the chef, who spent time at each meal letting us know which foods were ok for me because of my allergy to shrimp. He even left out shrimp paste in some of dishes, so that I could eat them. We also very much appreciated the help of front office staff, who helped us after our Batik Air flight was changed.
